The staff was very attentive and made our stay perfect, breakfast had a lot of options including fresh fruit, hot waffles, pastries, eggs, and meats.

we had a corner room on the 21st floor, the view of michigan ave was amazing! the bathroom was very large and newly remodeled. you can't beat this location and the excellent price was an added bonus. we will definitely choose this hotel again!

The rooms are modern and the friendly staff are very knowledgeable, and the airport is conveniently located 25 km away.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, situated on Michigan Avenue and close to Millennium Park, making it a great place for the whole family to enjoy. The hotel's proximity to various family-friendly attractions, such as the Sugar Factory and the bustling Millennium Park, allowed us to easily explore the city and take part in the vibrant cultural program, including free concerts and family activities.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from having a dedicated play area for children, providing a space for them to have fun and engage in activities while the parents enjoy some downtime.

The place is conveniently located on the lake front with easy access to a main shopping street and the Magnificent Mile district.

Also, the location is incredible and wonderful, minutes from an Oak street. Respectful staff with both these staff members, everything is lovely.
